Farm Bureau Scholarship
South Dakota Farm Bureau is pleased to offer several college scholarships each year to South Dakota students from Farm Bureau families.
The scholarship fund was established in 2006 with an initial endowment from former SD Farm Bureau president Richard Ekstrum and his wife, Agnes. Ekstrum’s desire to establish the scholarship foundation is a result of his Farm Bureau leadership and his service to community and state endeavors
Scholarships are awarded yearly from the earnings of the fund. The South Dakota Community Foundation is administering the scholarship funds under the direction of the SD Farm Bureau board of directors.
