The South Dakota Farm Bureau Young Farmers & Ranchers will host their annual Farm and Ranch Conference, January 19-20, 2018 at the Downtown Hilton Garden Inn, Sioux Falls, S.D.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn new information that will be helpful to their farm and ranch operation, as well as network with other people involved in the industry.

Chris Koch will share his inspirational story titled “If I Can...”. Koch has not let his own disability get in his way of a career in agriculture and inspiring others. Also appearing at the conference will be Rebecca Chaney, an author, travel writer and farmer/rancher who will share her inspirational story with attendees.

Breakout sessions, a financial planning training and opportunities to tour Sioux Steel and Koyker Manufacturing are also scheduled for the two day event.

The event is family friendly and daycare is provided onsite. Registration is $50 and available by visiting www.sdfbf.org.

South Dakota Farm Bureau's Young Farmer & Rancher program is designed for young people in agriculture ages 18-35. YF&R's mission is to involve young producers in educational programs that increase knowledge, develop leadership skills, and positively impact agriculture as a whole.
