Winners in each category include:

·       18-35 winner – Rachel Osvog, Ree Heights, S.D., for her photo titled “It Takes a Team”; and

·       Under 18 winner – Kiersten Reinhold, Sturgis, S.D. for her photo titled “Milking the Cow”;

The overall champion photo for the third annual contest depicts a baby calf that found a sheltered place to weather out a winter storm.

“After we found the calf in the cold weather, our daughter Molly carried him to the shop where he spent some time in front of the wood burning stove,” said Robin Reinhold. “After it perked up, we took him out to find his mama.”
