South Dakota Farm Bureau President Scott VanderWal praised the announcement by South Dakota Governor-elect Kristi Noem on the selection of Kim Vanneman of Ideal, S.D. as the next Secretary of Agriculture.

Her experience as a producer, policy maker and business owner gives her the tools she needs to fight for our farmers and ranchers," said VanderWal.  "We are proud of the opportunity for this South Dakota Farm Bureau member and look forward to working with her on issues important to South Dakota."
