South Dakota Farm Bureau will be holding the 99 th Annual Convention November 18-20, 2016 at the Holiday Inn Rushmore Plaza, Rapid City, S.D.

Hotel Information:

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservation.  A block of rooms will be held at the Rushmore Plaza Holiday Inn through November 11th.  Room reservations can be made by calling the Registration desk of the Rushmore Holiday Inn at (605) 348-4800 or 1-800-465-4329.

Room Rates:

  •  $94 + tax for Standard room w/2 beds or a standard King
  •  $104 + tax for Queen Suite

Child Care

Daycare is provided upon request.  Contact:  Lowell Mesman at lowell@sdfbf.org or call him at (605) 280-1319 with the names & ages of your children so the appropriate number of child care helpers can be arranged.

SDFB is pleased to announce it will be providing Charter Bus Service transportation to the 2016 SDFB Convention in Rapid City, November 18-19. 

The bus will depart Sioux Falls at 9 a.m. on Thursday, November 17 and will make stops to pick up riders in Hartford, Mitchell, Kimball, Chamberlain and the Vivian exit. Following convention, the bus will leave immediately following the Sunday breakfast on November 20.

Cost is $70 per person and includes a boxed lunch, water and soda. For more information and to sign up, please contact Helen Geppert at 605-770-8581. 

This year we will be offering three options for registration:

Option 1 - Full Event Package - this package includes all meals for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  Pre-registration cost is $130.00.  The cost after November 11, 2016 pre-registration deadline is $150.00.

Option 2 - Single Day Package I Friday Only - this package includes all meals for Friday only.  Pre-registration cost is $65.00.  The cost after November 11, 2016, pre-registration deadline, is $80.00.

Option 3 - Single Day Package II Saturday Only - this package includes all meals for Saturday only.  Pre-registration cost is $65.00.  The cost after November 11, 2016, pre-registration deadline, is $80.00.

**When registering as a couple please note - If both wish to attend the same event package you may complete one registration adding your spouse.  If registering as a couple and plan to attend different event packages,  two separate registrations will be needed.
