A Sustainable Ag Tour will be held on June 7, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Candice and Bob Mizera farm located at 25796 113th St., McLaughlin, S.D. 

Diverse croplands, cover crops and grassland management are among the topics to be discussed at the Mizera ranch. The event includes field tours and a rainfall simulator. Bussing to the fields will be offered and a free lunch will also be provided.

From McLaughlin, go 3 miles south on Highway 63, and 7 miles west on 113th St. The Mizera operation will be on the right. 

The Sustainable Ag Tour is sponsored by the South Dakota Soil Health Coalition and part of the South Dakota Farm Bureau Summer Event Series.
