The South Dakota Farm Bureau Scholarship Fund was started in December 2005 by Agnes and Richard Ekstrum, past SDFB President. The first scholarships were given out in 2007, and since that time 25 students have been named recipients. Scholarship money given out to date is $25,000.
Donations are welcomed to help grow the principle of the endowment so that more students may benefit in the future! See the right-hand column for instructions on how to make your donation to the Fund.
Applications for the 2017 SDFB Scholarship are due March 15, 2017. Please consult the eligibility requirements & application form below.

Below is a list of FB counties that offer scholarships. Please note that a student may only apply to the county that their family is a current member of. Also each county sets its own criteria for applying for their scholarships; therefore please read the criteria carefully before applying.
